Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS shipping label and a packing slip to include inside your return package.
Package and Ship
Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging, affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized mail location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
