What is the OluKai warranty policy?
We offer a one-year guarantee against manufacturer's defects. If your footwear shows signs of structural failure within one year of purchase, we will replace them at no cost.
How do I clean my leather sandals?
To maintain the quality of our premium leather, we recommend using a specialized leather cleaner and conditioner. Avoid submerging leather products in water as it can cause the material to dry and crack.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer free returns and exchanges on all orders within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in unworn, original condition with all tags attached.
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your items sooner.
Do you offer half sizes?
Most of our styles are available in whole sizes only. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit, especially in our slide and flip-flop styles.
